Observation of Cell Organelles with HVEM
Abstract: High voltage electron microscopy (HVEM) is one of powerful tools to be able to visualize the three-dimensional structures of cell organelles. However, this technique cannot be effectively realized without histochemical techniques that give electron densities on various cell organelles selectively. In this section, various staining techniques used for HVEM so far and their applications will be explained showing the examples.
