Current Activities on the International Standardizations for the Measurement and Characterization of Nanotechnologies
Abstract: Current standardization activities relating to the measurement and characterization of nanomaterials and nanostructures are described. The working items which have been discussed by WG2 of ISO TC229 on Nanotechnology are explained together with the scope and stracture of ISO TC229. Standardization strategy at the WG2 is also discribed.
