- Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to the start of your session and wait at the next chairperson's table in the front of the room.
- When you are ready, please move to the chairperson's seat and proceed with your session upon the moderator's signal.
- A PC for ZOOM will be set up at the chairperson's desk, but there is no need to mute the microphone or touch the settings.
- Presentation time: The presentation time is listed to the right of the abstract number in the program, but please note the following:

- Oral presentations: 11 minutes for the presentation and 4 minutes for Q&A. The bell will ring once 2 minutes before the end of the presentation, twice at the end of the presentation time, and three times at the end of the Q&A session.
- Symposium: Please ask the chairperson about time allocation. The bell will be rung at the same times as for oral presentations, but the details are left to your discretion.
- Questions will be accepted both on-site and online. For questions from the audience, the chairperson will select a person to ask questions using a microphone. Online questions will be handled using the "Raise Your Hand" and "Q&A" functions in ZOOM. If a question is raised online, the name of the person raising their hand will be displayed on the chairperson's PC. After being selected by the chairperson, the moderator will give you the right to speak. In the case of Q&A, the chairperson will read the question.
