Registration Period

Early Registration Period

December 22nd, 2021 (Wed) - April 11th, 2022 (Mon)
Payment can be made by credit card or postal transfer.

Regular registration period

April 12th, 2022 (Tue) - May 13th, 2022 (Fri)
Online registration by credit card is possible until the last day of the conference.

There will be no on-site cash registration.

How to register

Please log in with your My Page ID (member number) and password from the Registration/Application for presentation page. If you are not a member, please sign up on the same site to receive an ID and password for the conference before registering.

Payment Method

During the early registration period, payment can be made by credit card or postal transfer.

  • -If you pay by credit card at the time of registration, the payment will be completed once your registration is confirmed. Please note that you will not be able to change your information after entering.
  • -If you choose to pay by postal transfer, please fill in your registration number (will be e-mailed separately), address, and name on the blue payment slip provided at the post office.
  • -If you miss the payment deadline (April 13th, Wed), your pre-registration will be cancelled and you will need to re-register during the regular period.
  • -In general, there will be no refunds.

Receipts and invoices will be issued by the registration system.
