Registration period

Early registration: January 10 (Thu) - April 9 (Tue), 2019
Regular and Onsite registration: April 10 (Wed) - May 15 (Wed), 2019
*After May 15 (Wed), 2019, registration will only be accepted at the venue.
Pre-Registration has been closed. On-site registration is very welcome!
We accept only cash(Japanese yen).

Method of payment: Either credit card or postal transfer

If you have selected credit card payment at the time of application, the payment can be settled automatically once your registration is completed.
Please note that all the input data cannot be changed if you have selected credit card payment.
Please note that the statement of description on the credit card statement will be "IAP CONFERENCE SERVICE".
※If payment is not made by the deadline (May 15, 2019), preliminary registration will be cancelled. Registration for the Annual Meeting and social event will be accepted on-site at the meeting venue.
※Registration fee can be waived for invited speakers.

（3）Printed Proceedings

※The proceedings for the Annual Meeting will be available for viewing online.
If you wish to have a printed version, it can be purchased at the price indicated above. The payment needs to be completed online during your registration process, but you will receive the proceedings (hard copy) at the venue.
