The Application Guidelines
We accept applications for exhibitions, crown workshops, advertisement in the printed proceedings, and donations.
Even before the application deadline, we may stop accepting applications as soon as the planned number is reached.

The application deadline will be extended until April 9th (Friday). - Application guideline and form for crown workshops

The application deadline for "Advertising in printed proceedings" will be extended until April 16th (Friday).
The application for HP banners will be acceptable before the end of the meeting. - Application guideline and form for donations
