How to create a video
Please refer to the Video Creation Manual (Japanese version) or Video Creation Manual (English) to create. Login to the site of “Registration/Application for presentation” and upload your presentation video using the video upload form at the bottom of the registration page. (The video upload form will be available from Apr 20 (Tuesday).) The maximum size of the presentation video (mp4) is 2 GB. You will receive an email by automatic delivery system after successfully uploading.
Best Poster Award (for the members of the Japanese Society of Microscopy)
During the video presentation release period (Tuesday, June 1, 2021 -Tuesday, June 15, 2021), the organizing committee will select the best poster award winners (general and students) based on the video presentations and the Q and A session.
The certificate will be mailed to the winners after the meeting.
The names of the award winners will be posted on the conference website.

Application Qualifications and Number of Applications
Both members and non-members of the Japanese Society of Microscopy may submit multiple applications for presentations. We also accept applications for general presentation at symposiums. We look forward to receiving a number of applications. We accept applications for membership in the Japanese Society of Microscopy any time. Non-members should refer to the website of the Japanese Society of Microscopy for information.

Presentation Format
General presentations may be oral presentations or poster presentations. Symposiums are oral presentations.
Oral presentations:
Each venue will be equipped with projectors and other related equipment.
Poster presentations:
The poster presentations will be presented in an on-demand format using uploaded video created by the presenter, and Q&A chat.

Acceptance of Presentation Application
Titles of accepted presentations will be posted on our website after a decision has been made by the Program Committee.
Decisions on Presentation Sessions and Presentation Formats
We will meet applicants’ requests for presentation sessions (general presentation/ symposiums) and presentation formats (oral/poster) as much as possible. Please note that we may not be able to comply with all requests.
