Call for Abstracts

We cordially invite you to submit an abstract to the 2nd East-Asia Microscopy Conference (EAMC2) that will be held in Himeji, Hyogo, Japan, from November 25 to 27, 2015. Abstracts are implored on any topic pertaining to the scope of the conference. Please check the suggested sessions in “EAMC2 Program“. The topics are associated with the style of presentation (Invited, Oral and Poster.) Please click here to see the relational table.

Authors of contributed abstracts can choose the presentation type from oral or poster in the process of online abstract submission. However please note that Organizing Committee have the right to decide the final presentation style for each abstract.

Author (not invited speaker) can submit only one abstract for EAMC2. Two or more abstracts cannot be received. Invited speakers can submit an abstract in addition to the one for invited talk. Abstracts will be evaluated for acceptance.

Registration Requirement

Presenter (presenting author) is required to complete the conference registration before submitting an abstract. In the process of online abstract submission, the presenter needs to enter the registration ID.

Preparation of Abstract

Please download the template below and prepare your abstract.
The paper size is A4, and the number of page is one for plenary speakers and one-half for invited & contributed authors. Authors need to prepare both MS-word and PDF files to proceed to the online submission.

Before Submitting Your Abstract

• Confirm that this abstract has been approved by all the authors.
• Be aware that the conference registration of Presenter (presenting author) is completed.
• Use the template file to prepare the abstract and follow the instructions.
• All the authors permit the Organizing Committee to publish conference publications as hardcopy and online journal “Microscopy”.
• All the authors agree to the abstract being posted and released on the website prior to the conference being held.

To Revise Your Submission

If you wish to revise an already submitted abstract, please revisit the Online Abstract Submission Form, enter the Login ID, Login Pass and Event ID issued via auto-generated email at the time of submission, and alter your submission with a new file. You can revise or confirm the abstract as many times as you wish up until the deadline. To cancel your submission, you should inform the Abstract Submission Office in writing.
