Invited speakers do not have to register on-line.

Registration Fee
The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form to the Registration Office, and the confirmation of your payment.
– All payments must be made in Japanese Yen.

* Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of conference. It is also applied for adult students with full time job. Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpeg or pdf format) of student certificate letter from their supervisors via online registration from.
** Accompanying person is limited to the participants’ family member only. Accompanying person may register in advance by using the online registration form.
*** Please note that the number of ticket is limited and the tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

Students registration fee includes:

* Banquet tickets can be purchased on-line.
Accompanying person registration fee includes:
– Social events of Reception on November 24.
– Participation of Excursion Tour on November 26.
– Banquet on November 26.
** Additional Banquet Ticket is available for purchase online in case your accomanying person(s) would like to join only in the Banquet.
On-Site Registration
- Registration Desk will open 16:30 to 20:00 on November 24 at “Koko-en” Reception site.
- On November 25 and 26, 9:00 to 17:00, the registration desk open at the EAMC2 Conference Site.
Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by one of the following methods:
– Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB)
– Bank transfer:

- The bank transfer fee should be borne by the applicant.
- If you require an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office.
- Receipt will be provided at the conference site.
- If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us of the name of each participant.
Confirmation
A confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address in different ways depending on your payment method.
[Credit Card] A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you automatically.
[Bank Transfer] After confirming your payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Please note an automatic reply e-mail you receive after completing registration is not a confirmation e-mail.
- If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office, at the bottom of this page.
- Please print out a confirmation e-mail and present it at the registration desk to receive the conference materials and a printed receipt.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the notification of cancellation is received by the Registration Office. All refunds will be made after the conference. (Bank handling charges will be deduced from the amount to be refunded.)
